Pavonez Construction is more than a construction company — it is a local, human, and comprehensive support system designed for those who wish to build and settle in southern Costa Rica with confidence.

My name is Christophe Diaz, and I have been living and working in southern Costa Rica for over 20 years. Throughout the years, I have personally supported my clients at every stage of their project, from finding the right piece of land to designing and building their home, turning ideas into a true life project.

Thanks to my fluency in English, French, and Spanish, communication between all parties is smooth, clear, and efficient. We assist our clients with permits, architectural design, creative ideas, and project optimization according to their needs, budget, and long-term vision.

Beyond construction, we also help our clients plan their expatriation, prepare for local life, and organize their residency process in Costa Rica, with real on-the-ground knowledge of administrative procedures and local realities.

We are based locally. I am on site. Available, committed, and always present to guide, advise, and find solutions. This proximity, experience, and personal involvement are what truly make the difference.
